About Investment
BI PARK RADOM is a logistics centre under construction with a target area of over 45,000 sqm. The park is located in the Wincentów district (Rataja/Witosa Street).

The first two buildings with a total area of 14,000 sqm were completed in May 2024. The third hall, with an area of 30,690 sqm, may be available within 8 months from signing the lease agreement.

Adapting to the needs of tenants
The first phase of the investment has been completed. One of the buildings was built in the BTS formula for Inpost and was handed over at the end of April, while the second building in June. The third hall with an area of nearly 31,000 sqm can also be constructed in the BTS formula. Construction of the third hall is planned to start in 2024.
